nephew loves French expressions
by: Mary

Hi Jean

Yes, Agatha bridges the generation gap, doesn't she?

I recommend that you obtain a copy of 'The Detective Novels of Agatha Christie' by James Zemboy. Your nephew will love it, because he translates all of Poirot's French expressions into English at the end of each review.

Happy reading to him!

Mary

Nephew loves mysteries

Hi,
In some books the translation is at the bottom of the page, however if it is not I would suggest looking at a dictionary for French tranlations. I am sure there may be a web site for this but what it is I honestly don't know.
